QC Process
From raw material intake to finished product shipment, every process has a QC checkpoint to ensure quality at every stage.
Raw Material Inspection
All steel materials are inspected batch-by-batch upon arrival with Mill Certificates verified for steel grade, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
Cutting Dimension Check
After wire cutting, diameter and length are measured with calipers and gauges to ensure cutting precision is within tolerance.
Forming Roundness Inspection
After wire bending and forming, roundness deviation is checked with gauges to ensure smooth filter bag installation without jamming.
Weld Strength Testing
Random samples from each batch undergo weld point tensile strength testing to ensure consistent welding quality and joint integrity.
Surface Treatment QC
After galvanization or coating, coating thickness is measured with gauges to ensure corrosion protection meets design specifications.
Final Product Inspection
Every finished product undergoes visual inspection, with random dimensional sampling. Only qualified products are packaged and shipped with quality reports.
